The simplest way to start is by emailing [email protected] with a paragraph about your project — what it is, when you need it, and roughly what you have to spend. That is enough for us to come back with an honest assessment and, if it looks like a fit, schedule a discovery call. We are based in Waterford and happy to meet in person for local clients; for clients elsewhere in Ireland and the EU, video calls work well for discovery and review sessions. Our studio is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.

What Happens After You Get in Touch
A straightforward process from first message to signed brief.
2. Discovery Call
We schedule a 45-minute call — in person at our Waterford studio or over video — to go deeper on objectives, audience, and constraints. We come prepared with questions and usually leave with enough to scope the project.
3. Proposal & Scope
Within three working days of the discovery call you receive a written proposal: scope, deliverables, timeline with named milestones, and a fixed fee. No hourly billing surprises; no scope creep without a change order.
4. Kick-Off
Once you sign and the deposit is received we schedule the kick-off workshop, assign your project lead, and set up the shared Notion workspace. Work begins within five working days of signing — sometimes sooner if the schedule allows.

Quick Answers Before You Write
Do you sign NDAs before discovery calls?
Yes — we sign a mutual NDA before any call where you are sharing commercially sensitive information. Our standard NDA covers both parties and is governed by Irish law. We can turn it around within 24 hours of request.
What if I do not have a budget figure yet?
Give us a ballpark range — even a wide one. It helps us scope the right level of work and be honest about what is achievable. If your range is below our minimum project size we will tell you immediately rather than wasting your time.
Can I visit the studio before committing?
Absolutely. We welcome visits from prospective clients — it is easier to communicate intent in person than over email. Book a time via email and we will confirm within the hour. The studio is at 14 Gladstone Street, a five-minute walk from Waterford city centre.
